The members of the Movement «9 March for the independence of universities» said that the decline in the level of university education is due to the lack of independence of the university, and their subordination to the ruling party, and the unwillingness of the Political Department in upgrading the educational level,also the security and interference in the selection of faculty members,and in organizing conferences on the university campus .
