The legislative committee agrees on three projects of laws to the judiciaries

The legislative committee in the People's Assembly agreed in its meeting yesterday with the presidency of doctor Amaal Othman three projects of laws related to the judiciaries .The first bill included the formation of a council of the judiciaries with the presidency of president and includes all of the Minister of Justice, the Supreme Constitutional Court president , the president of Court of Cassation , Premier of the State Council, the president of Cairo Court of Appeals, the attorney general, the State Judicial Department president and the Organization President of the administrative prosecution, as the project included the cancellation of Supreme Council for Judiciary Authorities that was issued by the law no. 82 to year 1969 .
