The Tagammu' Party and the Muslim Brotherhood group declared their refusal of the general budget to the country 2008 / 2009, and the economic development plan project and the social one . Mohamed Abdul Aziz Shaban, the Tagammu' actor, said the budget does not reflect any kind of the social justice, that doctor Ahmed Nazif's government claims sticking to it, and distinguishes between the rich and the poor .And Ashraf Badruddin, the Muslim Brotherhood MP, explained that what the budget project stated, regarding lifting the revenues of grants and the gifts from the of 1.9 to the of 4.6 billion pounds, reveals that these sums were detained from the donors for the pressure on the government for the execution of a specific agenda including the approval of the child law, and selling Cairo bank, and the export of gas to Israel, and the acceleration of the privatization program .
