The arrest of dozens of Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, before subsidiary parliamentary elections

Egyptian security forces arrested dozens of members and supporters of the opposition Muslim Brotherhood on Wednesday and Thursday, three days before the by-elections to compete for four seats in the People's Assembly (parliament) next Sunday. The Egyptian authorities are waging a campaign against the Brotherhood since the control of five seats by The group in the People's Assembly (88 deputies) in the 2005 elections.
