Boutros-Ghali: we need from 20 to 40 years to promote democracy in Egypt

Dr. Boutros-Ghali, President of the National Council for Human Rights, said"we need 20 to 40 years to promote democracy in Egypt and the Arab world" , and he saw no solution for Palestinian issue In the coming years, and expected the emergence of American president in 12 years who admitts that his country cannot lead the world alone.
