Mamdouh Ismail: July amnesty did not include any members of Islamic groups

Mamdouh Ismail, lawyer of Islamic groups said that the detainees of The Islamic groups were excluded from the presidential amnesty decision issued by President in the occasion of the revolution on July 23, 1587 .
