Mohamed Abdel Salam Mahgoub, Minister of Local Development Announced yesterday, project of integrated rural development in five governorates in Upper Egypt financed by $ 250 million as a loan from World Bank. He explained that the ministry also implemented the programfor the development of the village in Egypt, pointing out that the program represents a new addition to the government's program for village development through the application of rules and concepts of decentralized governance.
