The Supreme Administrative Court rejected the appeal submitted by Mahmoud Abaza, the chairman of Al-Wafd Party, The judgement renewed conflict over the postion between Mahmoud Abaza who believes that the judgement Stateless influence, and Noman Gomaa former president, who believes that thejudgement meant his return again for the presidency of the Wafd party.
