Experts: Musharraf's Resignation Begins an Era of Removing Elected Presidents, but Not in Egypt

Strategic experts described the resignation handed in by Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf yesterday as the beginning of an era of removing elected presidents in some Asian and African countries. But the experts said it was unlikely that this would include Egypt as well, saying this was mainly due to the fact that the country does not have political parties capable of playing an effective role.
