Government Report Grads Egypt as Very Poor in Transparency and Integrity

Administrative Development severely criticized the way the State Budget is prepared.
It said in its second annual report that the budget does not help conduct proper evaluation of revenues and expenditures.The report said that Egypt was graded 'very poor' in 15 articles of six basic categories, 'very strong' in the purchasing index, 'strong' in law supremacy and 'moderate' in anti-corruption, taxes, customs and privatization
