The Central Authority for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) announced a new leap of inflation rates, as they went up by 21.1 per cent in June and by 23.1 per cent in July. The CAPMAS ascribed the rise to continuously rising prices, especially of basic commodities. It also warned of the effects on low-income people and expected new increases
