Dr. Saaddin Ibrahim, a sociology professor, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ibn Khaldoun Center for Development Studies, said that the government incarcerating him for two years comes within the framework of the ongoing prosecution of him by the National democratic Party and the Egyptian authorities.
