Al-Zawahri Blames Corrupt Government for Doweika Catastrophe

Ayman al-Zawahri, second in command in the Al-Qaeda organization, attributed the Doweika catastrophe, which claimed more than 100 lives, to giving up the virtue of enjoining the kindness and forbidding the evil.He held the "corrupt" government responsible for the accident.
