Anti-Trust Agency Delays Iron File Investigations Finding

The Competition Protection & Anti-Trust Agency delayed sine die the announcement of results of steel file investigations and decided to keep findings of 2-year investigations unannounced until further notice.An Agency board of directors meeting late last week reviewed a report on steel file investigations, but the board decided to consider the report later but fixed no date for this, said an Agency official.Investigations covered steel companies' business during 2006 and some months of 2007 unlike cement file whose investigations were close to 2006 only.
