Crisis between Rashid and Abaza because of the importation of cotton

The Minister of Agriculture Amin Abaza decided to ban the import of cotton and considered Syria, Pakistan, Greece, and Sudan asexception. The decision of Abaza created a crisis between him and Minister of Trade and Industry Rachid Mohamed Rachid, who declined the descision.
